When sending a device to our technical department, please also enclose a description of the fault that is as precise as possible. This will enable the technicians to locate and eliminate the problem more quickly.
Of course, you will receive a cost estimate prior to any repair.
All necessary repairs are carried out quickly and reliably by our technicians.
In the case of minor defects, it may also be possible for our technically trained field staff to carry out a repair on site.
In urgent cases, it is usually also possible to request a replacement printer for the duration of the repair for a fee.
Please clarify this with your responsible field service representative.
