Plastic labels

For all fields in which normal paper labels are not sufficient, we have a broad offer of different plastic materials for you. Depending on the material they are characterized by resistance to weather and temperature as well as different adhesive and processing properties.

The following tables give you an overview of plastic labels from our standard range that can be supplied at short notice. Minimum purchase here is 1 roll.

Polyethylene (PE) labels (gloss, matt, transparent)

Due to the resistance to stress of the material, these labels are suited especially for malleable packaging and containers. The labels are resistant to water, oil and chemicals and can also be used in fields where PVC labels are not desired for environmental reasons.

Temperature range: - 10/- 20 °C to + 80 °C

PVC labels (gloss)

Very durable and weather-proof labels for the interior and exterior.

Temperature range: - 20 °C to + 80 °C

Polypropylene (PP) labels (gloss)

These labels have an excellent resistance to UV light and weather. As the material is very rigid, the labels are less suitable for irregular or malleable surfaces.

Temperature range: - 40 °C to + 110 °C

Polyester labels (gloss or matt)

Due to its resistance to weather, heat and chemicals this material is used for technical labels to label industrial products.

Temperature range: - 80 °C to + 150 °C

Monotex labels

These labels are resistant to water and weather as well as harmless to food. Even towards mechanical stress they show a good resistance.

Temperature range: - 40 °C to + 110 °C

Acrylate (matt)

This high temperature foil is resistant to solvents, UV light and weather as well as very dimensionally stable. It is also suited for difficult, e.g. low energy and structured surfaces and resists soldering and cleaning processes.

Temperature range: - 40 °C to + 300 °C

All materials listed above can be colored and even printed multicolored according to your specifications!

Plastic inspection labels

Round plastic labels made of polyethylene with strong adhesive special glue are suitable for printing seal labels or also inspection labels. We have a wide range of different tools to produce these labels for you. In conjunction with a thermal transfer printer, you can print your inspection labels quickly, individually and according to your needs. Or you can have the labels printed directly by us.
