Label printer

Label printers are basically divided into desktop, industrial and color label printers by the printing process used and the structure of the printer.

The direct thermal or thermal transfer printing process has become established in the field of industrial product labeling for monochrome label printers. The decisive advantages of this process include razor-sharp printouts on a wide variety of paper and film materials at print speeds of up to 400 mm/s and print widths of up to 168 mm. With special labels and carbon ribbons, prints are possible that are resistant to solvents and petrol, and can even withstand machine washing and temperatures up to +300°C.

With digital CMYKK color label printers, companies with an extensive range of goods can produce a wide variety of labels quickly, flexibly and on demand. The VP Series meets the needs of customers in diverse industries (food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, etc.) who require short to medium runs of color printed labels.

Desktop label printer

Today, label printers are no longer only used in the industrial sector or in transportation. Due to their compact dimensions, these printers are increasingly in demand, for example, in offices, laboratories, in goods labeling, etc. With our desktop label printers, we are responding precisely to this development and offer you various models that best meet your modern requirements. Desktop label printers are designed for a print volume of approx. 500-1000 labels per day. Desktop printers are available in different models and for different label sizes and can be equipped with additional options, such as cutting devices, dispensing edges or external large roll holders.

Industrial label printer

Industrial label printers are more powerful and durable than desktop label printers. They feature high print throughput and are designed for print volumes of several thousand labels per day. The larger housing allows for stocking of large label rolls, which enables less frequent roll changes. The high print throughput allows them to print larger quantities in less time.

Industrial label printers own for large warehouse and logistics areas, as well as for industrial production and manufacturing. However, these printers are also popular in the green industry due to their robustness. Industrial label printers are available in various versions or with optional additional equipment and can thus be optimally adapted to the respective requirements.

6-inch label printer

We offer 6-inch printers both as desktop label printers and as industrial label printers. Due to the larger print width, even labels in DIN A5 format can be printed without any problems.

Alternatively, the print width of 168mm can also be used for multi-web narrow labels. There are versions with 200DPI or 300DPI print resolution.

Color printer VP-Series

With the industrial color label printers of the VP series (available as VP600, VP650, VP700 and VP750) you can print high-quality color labels in high resolution - "on demand". This gives you the flexibility to make last-minute layout changes quickly and cost-effectively. Thanks to Memjet Inkjet Technology, the VP600/700 enables printing at top speed (up to 12 m / min) on labels up to 215 mm wide and is equipped with separate CMYKK printer cartridges, the largest in their class.

The VP600/700 prints inkjet paper and synthetic labels with crisp text, razor-sharp barcodes and gorgeous graphics. The printed labels are suitable for a wide range of indoor applications. The VP600 color label printer is cost-effective, flexible and efficient.
