When sending a device to our technology department, please also include one  Description of the error as precisely as possible   at. This makes it easier for technicians to locate and eliminate any problems that may arise. 
Of course, you will receive a cost estimate before any repairs are carried out. 

All necessary repairs are carried out quickly and reliably by our technicians.
In the case of minor defects, repairs can possibly be carried out on site by our technically trained field staff.
In urgent cases, it is usually also possible to request a replacement printer for a fee for the duration of the repair.
