Clean room labels

During the production of these labels and due to the utilized materials, there is no development of dust which could otherwise later stick to the label roll. An additional film welding keeps the rolls dust-free so that they are suitable for applications in “clean room” environments.

The surface material of these adhesive labels is made of a biaxially-orientated white polypropylene foil. Therefore these labels have a higher solidity, a good resistance to cold as well as enhanced barrier properties towards water vapor and gases. The permanent adhesive on the basis of acrylic corresponds to European foodstuffs directives. Due to the utilization of a support material made of polyester as well as a tube core made of plastic, there is no development of dust when cutting or finishing these label rolls. Furthermore, the support material is 100% recyclable. Use these labels if you need to label rigid or regular surfaces in clean room environments. As a matter of course, we can also color these labels according to your specifications (see photo on the left) or print them with your motives with one of our machines.
