We distribute our products through field sales representatives (with their own offices throughout Germany), who will be happy to visit you if required, in order to present our products to you without any obligation, to advise you on the choice of the right consumables and equipment, or to carry out maintenance work and minor repairs on site.
Technical support
In case of a defect on a device purchased from us, please contact the technical support at our headquarters in Roßhaupten. For this purpose, please have your customer number, the model designation and, if necessary, also the serial number ready.
