Printed labels

With our modern production plants we produce high-quality labels in UV-flexo-print (up to 8 spot colors possible) as well as in 4 C digital print for you.
You can print these labels subsequently in direct thermal and thermal transfer process (digital print color is not reprintable) or let them be printed completely by us. You decide if you want to have printed your logo, a product description, a barcode, a graphic, a near-photo motive or even all together.

8 colors flexo-print

Due to the size of our flexo-print machines as well as the necessity to use clichés (printing plates) for this printing process the flexo-print is most suitable for average or large print circulations.
From simple texts up to near-photo motives, we do produce labels in high quality and according exactly to your demands for you.

4 C digital print (for outdoor use):

With our 4 C digital print machine we can also produce high-quality labels in small quantities for you.
The utilization of UV-ink promises an excellent print result with clear and radiant colors in photo quality. Our digital print labels distinguish themselves by a high resistance to UV light as well as a high resistance to mechanical and chemical stress.
Due to the printing technology, no costs for films and clichés (printing plates) incur at the printing preparation (in contrast to flexo-print), which is why we can produce faster and cheaper for you.
In this way you profit despite small editions by the low initial printing costs and short delivery periods.
For each printing order you will receive a proof copy of an original print sample. Like this, you gain a precise idea of the final product.

4 C digital printing (for indoor use):

For small printing editions, we have the possibility to print your orders with our digital color label printer (Memjet™ Thermal-Inkjet-Technology).
The print is suitable for indoor use and features extraordinary lively colors as well as immaculate texts and barcodes with resolutions up to 1600 x 1600 dpi. You can chose between a matt and glossy paper as well as glossy plastic (PP) as label material. Here too, you will receive a proof copy made of the original material prior to e each new order.
