Labels
With our numerous production machines, we manufacture labels exactly according to your specifications. Both our nationwide field service and our office service will be happy to advise you on your selection.
Depending on the planned application, you can choose from various basic materials, adhesives and roll sizes to find the best one for you. In the area of blank labels, you have the option of using our extensive standard range at short notice. If you would like to design your label in color, we can produce cost-effective large print runs using UV flexographic printing. We also print short runs for you quickly and flexibly (without film and cliché costs) on our digital printing machine or our color label printers.
Paper labels
As raw material for our paper labels we use transfer paper that is ca. 80g/m² strong and matte. On request we do also manufacture labels made of lustrous paper or cardboard between 170 and 250 g/m² for you.
Thermal labels
Thermal labels are printed without a ribbon. During printing, the special surface coating of the label reacts to the heat of the print head by turning black. Thermal labels are therefore not lightfast.
Plant Labels
Especially for the fields of market garden and floristic we offer plant labels that are exactly in line with the requirements in the outdoor area.
We stamp our plant labels out of 350 µm strong PVC and manufacture them with a side notch so that they are suitable for additional printing on thermal transfer printers. Thus you as customer can imprint your product-specific information, an barcode and much more without problems at a later time.
Plastic labels
For all fields in which normal paper labels are not sufficient, we have a broad offer of different plastic materials for you. Depending on the material they are characterized by resistance to weather and temperature as well as different adhesive and processing properties.
Loop lock labels
To complete our range for the "green industry", we also offer various loop labels. The labels can be subsequently printed with diverse information using the thermal transfer process.
Cable labels
Cable labels are indispensable for markings in the fields of switch cabinet and plant construction as well as for the motor and EDP industry. But they can also be used for markings on hoses and pipes.
Type plates and safety labels
For use as nameplates, we offer the materials polyester silver matt and polyester silver gloss (platinum).
Both are characterized by excellent mechanical and physical properties (temperature-resistant up to approx. 150 °C) as well as very good printability and processing.
Cleanroom labels
Due to the materials used in the production of these labels, no dust is created that could later adhere to the label rolls. An additional film seal also keeps the rolls dust-free, making them suitable for use in "clean rooms".
Preprinted and product labels
With our modern production facilities, we manufacture high-quality labels for you using UV flexographic printing (up to 8 full-tone colors possible) and 4 C digital printing.
These labels can be subsequently printed by you using the direct thermal or thermal transfer process (digital printing ink cannot be overprinted) or completely printed by us.
Printing service
A special service for our customers is the printing service with our direct thermal, thermal-transfer and color label printers. If you should not possess a proper label printer yourself, we can print your labels with individual data, consecutive numbers, texts or even barcodes with our high-performance printers for you.
